Problem: No response from tablet.
Solution: Check that dongle is properly connected. If the CRA-2 is unused for 45 minutes it will enter standby mode. Press wireless switch to re-enable.
Problem: The status light won’t turn on unless I press the tablet.
Solution: After successfully connecting , the LED status light will always turn off. The light will only turn on again when using the device.

Q: Why can’t I see anything on the tablet screen?
A: The operating area of the CRA-2 is not a screen and will not display images. The operating area is only for use with the pen.
Q: Why can’t I get the tablet to work on my second monitor?
A: The tablet only supports setups with one monitor.
Q: I plugged the cable into the tablet and the other end into my camera / computer. Why won’t it work?
A: The USB cable is only for charging the CRA-2.
Q: How do I get the tablet to sync with the dongle?
A: Connect the wireless dongle to your computer and turn on the wireless switch on the tablet. The tablet and dongle will begin to sync.
