ELMO Board R1 Google Search 403 errors
We've been made aware of an issue affecting R1 users trying to access Google search. The 403 error is an issue with how the embedded browser interacts with Google's site, and as such access to Google and a Google search is not possible at this time.
Our team is currently working to resolve the issue. Updates will be posted here.
In the short term you will need to use an alternate search engine:
- You can change the default search engine by tapping the “︙” in the top right → ‘Settings’ → “Advanced Settings” → “Search Engine Settings”.
- You can change the home page by the “︙” in the top-right corner → “Settings” → ‘General’ → “Set Homepage”.
- You can also navigate manually to a specific website.
