Factory Reset MX-P3

If you are having trouble with your MX-P3, please follow the steps below to factory reset it. 

1. Unplug everything from the camera.


2. With one hand, hold down the LED Lamp button and Freeze Image Button (7 + 9).

3. With the other hand, connect a power source to the camera. This could be either the AC adapter or USB. You must keep holding down the buttons until the LED indicator light starts flashing. 


4. Let go of the buttons.


5. Wait either 10 seconds, or until the LED stops flashing (whichever happens first), then unplug the camera.


After you plug the camera back in, the unit will be completely reset and good for testing again.
