Factory Reset MX-P3

If you are having trouble with your MX-P3, please follow the steps below to factory reset it. 

You will need the following: 
  1. USB Cable or AC adapter
  2. Computer with a free USB port (Only needed if you are not using the AC adapter)

1. Unplug everything from the camera. If you are using a USB cord for the reset, keep the USB cable connected to your computer. If you are using the AC adapter, keep it connected to a power source.


2. With one hand, hold down the LED Lamp button and Freeze Image Button . 



3. With the other hand, connect a power source to the camera. This could be either the AC adapter or USB. 


4. Hold down the buttons until the LED indicator light starts flashing blue then let go of the buttons.


5. Wait either 10 seconds, or until the LED stops flashing (whichever happens first), then unplug the camera.


After you plug the camera back in, the unit will be completely reset.
