Problem: Camera not recognized / No image from camera
Solution: Change cable and/or input port. Reset/reinstall software on computer.
Secondary Solution: Use correct cables and output for setup. USB for computers or HDMI / VGA for displays (Monitor, Tv, Projector, ect)
Problem: Image too bright / dark
Solution: Adjust brightness in software on computer. Turn LED on/off.
Problem: Image is out of focus
Solution: Press AF button. Adjust distance between object and lens (minimum 100mm).
Problem: Low frame rate on computer
Solution: Check available system resources. Adjust resolution in software and see manual for system requirements to display 4k image.
Problem: The image is Orange / Grey / Blurry
Solution: Perform a device reset. Unplug the device from USB power and hold down the Snowflake button and the LED Lamp button simultaneously. Connect the USB cable and wait for a flashing blue light. Once the light begins to flash blue you can let go of the buttons and wait 10 seconds. Disconnect and reconnect your device to complete the reset.
Q: How do I disable the Microphone?
A: Press the Zoom out and Brightness down buttons on the device simultaneously for three seconds.
Q: What color should the power light be?
A: The color will vary depending on your connection, but a red light will always mean the device is in a standby state. Please see the manual for details.
