Troubleshooting
Problem: Camera not recognized / No image from camera
Solution: Change cable and/or input port. Reset/reinstall software on computer.
Secondary Solution: Use correct cables and output for setup. USB for computers or HDMI / VGA for displays (Monitor, Tv, Projector, ect)
Problem: Image too bright / dark
Solution: Adjust brightness or turn LED on/off.
Problem: Image is out of focus
Solution: Press AF button. Adjust distance between object and lens.
Problem: My device will not output video (HDMI or RGB).
Solution: Potential resolution mismatch. Press the Document Camera input button multiple times to cycle resolution settings.
Problem: No connection on Mac after first time setup.
Solution: Please contact support to receive a firmware update to make your TT-12F MacOS compatible.
FAQ
Q: Why doesn't my computer see my device connected?
A: Your device may not have been initialized properly. Please connect your device to an HDMI or RGB display (Tv, Monitor, Projector) and complete the setup process. After, you should be able to use the device with a USB connection.
Q: Why does my device take so long to connect to the computer?
A: The TT-12 F requires slightly more time to establish a connection to computers. Please allow a minute or so for the device to connect.
