MO-1 Incorrect USB Driver for Image Mate 3

MO-1 Incorrect USB Driver for Image Mate 3

In certain case the MO-1 is not properly assigned driver by Windows. This will cause Image Mate to fail in detecting your MO-1 camera.

Step 1: Have your MO-1 turned on and connected to your computer via USB.

Step 2: In the start menu select Devices and Printers

Step 3: Right click your MO-1 and select properties

Step 4: Select the Hardware tab, then double click MO-1 Audio Device

Step 5: Select the driver tab and press Uninstall.

You will need to repeat Step 4 and Step 5 for the “Video Camera Device” and “USB Composite Device” as well. Once all three have been un-installed you will need to reboot your computer.

Be sure to disconnect the MO-1 before rebooting.
Once the computer has finished rebooting, connect your MO-1 via the USB cable and power on the camera. Windows will detect the new device and assign the drivers. Once Windows has finished the driver installation you can start Image Mate.
