How to factory reset a R1 model ELMO Board

1. Set the volume of your board to 0


2. Open the Settings app.

3. Go to the About tab in the settings menu. 

4. Rapidly press the Android Version number. 

5. A blue factory menu will appear on the side of the screen. Select Factory Restore and wait for your board to reboot.
