Image Mate + Cloud Black / White Screen with no camera output
Please make sure all of the following are true:
- Make sure your ELMO camera is plugged in before going to the website.
- Please use a supported web browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge (2020), Brave, Opera, or Vivaldi.
- Make sure to disable any ad blocking extensions (uBlock Origin, Adblock Plus, ect.).
- While on the website, please make sure all camera permission are allowed. This exact process will depend on your web browser. For example on most Chrome base web browsers this can be done by pressing the camera icon to the left of the URL.
- (Windows 10 / 11 and MacOS only) Test your setup with offline software such as Image Mate 5. Some networks will block our site and prevent all use. We recommend users in more restricted systems to use Image Mate 5 instead.
