Image Mate + Cloud Black / White Screen with no camera output

It has come to our attention that some users on Lenovo and HP machines are unable to use the Image Mate + Cloud website. This is caused by a recent webcam driver update and our team is working on a fix. 

For now, please try using some alternative software with your device:
