How to factory reset a STEM camera (TT-12W, MA-1, MO-2)

If your camera is crashing, freezing, or having other issues, a factory reset is recommended. 

TT-12W and MO-2 models must be connected to a external display (TV, Monitor, Projector ; not a Computer) to enter the settings menus. Instructions can be found in the User Manual for your device or on our Knowledge Base. 

1. Press the Home button on the ELMO to get to the Home Screen.

      

2. Open the settings menu.

3. Go to System Settings and then Backup & Reset. 

4. Select Factory data reset.
