ELMO Cast connection stability issues

If you are having connection stability issues (can't connect, dropped connections, no web gui)  with your ELMO Cast, please try the following - 

1. Use an USB AC adapter instead of connecting the USB power to the display. 

2. Reset the ELMO Cast. Next to the USB Power Port (3) is a small opening with a Reset Button (4). The ELMO Cast must be connected to power when you press the button. Hold the button for at least 8 seconds. Please note that the reset will also clear all settings and configuration. The admin pin will also be set to the default '000000' .


3. If you have multiple ELMO Casts please make sure there are no conflicting settings (i.e. identical SSID, Same IP on network).
