If your TT-12W camera has a blinking red light and won't power on, please try the following firmware update.

To update your device, you will need the following items:
  1. TT-12W Device
  2. SD Card; Formatted as FAT32 [Must be SD or SDHC. Micro SD and SDXC will not work.]
  3. Firmware Files
    l12w_update.zip
  4. AC Adapter

1. Download the firmware file named ' l12w_update.zip ' from the link below.

https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1athDEbDir2Knq3bB5u_MHABRzJFmWASX?usp=drive_link

2. Copy the l12w_update.zip to the empty SD card. Please do not extract the zip file or rename it.
Only use a SD or SDHC card formatted as FAT32. MicroSD and SDXC will not work. The SD card should be labeled with its type.

3. Connect the TT-12W to power using the AC Adapter, and to a display device using a HDMI or RGB Cable. Then, power on the device.

4. Insert the SD card into the side of the TT-12W.

5. The firmware will begin to update automatically. The power LED light will undergo the
following transition: Blinking Red -> Blinking Purple -> Blinking Red -> Solid Red

6.  When the light is a Solid Red the update is complete. Please remove the SD card and
power on the device.

AFTER FIRMWARE FLASHING

1.
Open the Settings Menu from the ‘Home Screen’.

2. Open the System Settings and perform a reset. Please be patient as the reset may take a few minutes.

3. Select the device region and the update is finished. If you use your TT-12W with a USB connection, please make sure you verify that the USB Camera setting is turned
on.

If you need to perform the update on another device, please reformat the SD Card and copy over a fresh copy of the firmware files.
