TT-12W Camera will not turn on and the power LED is flashing red

Please try the following troubleshooting steps. 

1. Change the power adapter with a known working one. 

2. Unplug the unit, hold the power button for 10 seconds to drain residual power, and then plug it back in + wait 1 hour.

3. For cameras with a serial number of 4800000 or higher: TT-12W Blinking red light firmware update (advanced users only).
    For all other camera serial numbers: Submit an online support ticket for a firmware update (advanced users only).

If none of the above solutions correct the problem, or if troubleshooting cannot be performed, please submit an online ticket for repair services
