Having trouble setting up your TT-12W document camera? Use this article to troubleshoot common issues and get answers to your questions! 

Troubleshooting

Problem:
Camera not recognized / No image from camera
Solution: Change cable and/or input port. Reset/reinstall software on computer.
Secondary Solution: Use correct cables and output for setup. USB for computers or HDMI / VGA for displays (Monitor, Tv, Projector, ect)

Problem:
Camera not recognized consistently by display or black screen (HDMI or VGA)
Solution: Camera cannot resolve resolution of the display device. Please test the camera with another display. Once a working display is found, change resolution setting from Auto to a preset resolution.

Problem: Camera will not turn on and the power LED is flashing red
Solution: Change power adapter.  Update/re-flash firmware. Please submit a ticket to receive firmware update files.               

Problem:
Image too bright / dark
Solution: Adjust brightness or turn LED on/off. 

Problem: Image is out of focus
Solution: Press AF button. Adjust distance between object and lens.

Problem: My device will not output video (HDMI or RGB).
Solution:  Potential resolution mismatch. Press the Document Camera input button multiple times to cycle resolution settings.

Q: 
Why doesn't my computer see my device connected?
A: USB Camera setting disabled. Please see USB Guide for instructions.


Q: 
How do I use the Microphone when connected to my computer?
A: Please enable the microphone in the settings menu.    


If you are not able to enable the microphone, please contact support for a firmware update.
