Having trouble setting up your TT-02RX document camera? Use this article to troubleshoot common issues!
Issue: Document Camera not recognized error Image Mate (Windows)
Most Common Cause: Driver or software is not properly installed
Solution: Reinstall software with camera disconnected

Newer versions of Windows are not compatible with driver or software and might fail to install.
Secondary Cause: Faulty USB Cable
Secondary Solution: Replace USB Cable
Issue: Document camera not recognized (Mac)
Most Common Cause: Using a Multiport / hub USB-C Adapter
Solution: Only use a 1-to-1 USB-C adapter with TT-02 devices
Secondary Cause: Faulty USB Cable
Secondary Solution: Replace USB Cable
Issue: No Image from Document Camera output
Most Common Cause: The output selection switch is set to the improper position.
Solution: Reset output selection switch to proper position (See Figure 1)
Secondary Solution: None - Camera has reached end of support and repair is no longer possible.
Issue: Camera head will not stay in horizontal position
Most Common Cause: Loose screws in camera stay assembly
Issue: Flashing blue power button LED
Most Common Cause: Faulty AC adapter
Solution: Replace with known working AC adapter to check operation. If operation is confirmed with known working AC adapter please contact
ELMO Technical Support.
Secondary Cause: Faulty TT-02RX mainboard
Solution: None - Camera has reached end of support and repair is no longer possible.
Issue: No RGB (computer) pass through when powered off (Red power button LED)
Most Common Cause: This is expected behavior for TT-02RX units with serial numbers in the range of 400001 – 583529.
Solution: None.
