TT-12G HDMI Input to USB passthrough troubleshooting

If you are having trouble using the HDMI Input over USB feature, please see below for troubleshooting tips. Before starting, please make sure HDMI passthrough is enabled on your TT-12G to use this feature.

  1. Make sure you are using a 1920 x 1080 ; 16:9 output setting on your input device.
  2. On the input device, try cycling the refresh rate between different options. Best results are normally seen at 60Hz and 30Hz.
  3. Try replacing the HDMI cable used to connect the input device to the ELMO.
